Free for 2s eligibility check

Answer the following questions to see if you may be eligible for free childcare.

Do you live in Haringey?

You have to be a resident of Haringey to be able to apply for free childcare with us. Please check your local borough website for details.

To qualify for Haringey’s Free for 2s you must meet the eligibility criteria set out by the government. You can view the full eligibility criteria on GOV.UK (external link).

Do you meet any of the criteria as listed on the government's website (see link above)?

Is your child currently between 18 months and 2 years old?

If your child is too young please come back when they are over 1 year 6 months old.

If they have already reached 3 years then see the free early education for all three and four year olds page.

Please note: you can apply once your child is 1 year and 6 months old - however, they cannot start until the term after their second birthday (see table below). You can however apply straight away if you have already missed the term your child could have started.
