Group Exercise Timetable
The current Group Exercise timetable is listed below. New classes include, Boxing Circuit, Zumba and Legs Bums and Tums.
Whether you are looking for the benefits of a holistic workout or an energetic aerobics workout, there is a class available below.
These classes are all included with Active Gold, Active Silver, Advantage Plus and Advantage monthly memberships or alternatively on a pay and play basis for non-members.

Class Descriptions
Please find information about the classes at the centre below:
- Body Sculpt
An intensive free weight barbell class to music aiming to develop muscle tone in all body areas
- Boxing Circuit
Martial arts class using punching gloves, pads and shields. Develops endurance, power, agility and strong mind. No previous experience necessary.
- Legs Bums and Tums
A full body workout that focuses on the key muscle groups to improve muscular tone and fitness while burning calories. This class gives a cardio and muscular workout.
- Pilates
This class is a physical fitness system using techniques developed by Joseph Pilates. It can help to develop strength, flexibility, endurance and correct posture without bulking or stressing joints. Pilates is a low-impact class with floor work
- Yoga
A low-impact, controlled movement class aiding relaxation and stress management with flexibility benefits.
- Zumba Fitness
This class combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. It’s a feel free workout that is great for body and mind.
