Environmental Advice Sessions
Residents can drop in at their local library or Customer Service Centre to receive free one-to-one advice on how to recycle, reduce their waste, save money on their home energy bills and conserve water, which will also reduce CO2 emissions and help tackle climate change.
In the sessions you can ask questions and take away information on:
- Recycling
- Reducing your waste
- Heating and insulation
- Grants and funding
- Energy efficient appliances, and
- Micro-renewable energy in the home
- Conserving water
Drop in sessions will be taking place once per week at Hornsey, Marcus Garvey and Wood Green Central Libraries, as well as South Tottenham Customer Services Centre.
The schedule for the Environmental Advice Sessions is as follows:
- Hornsey Library
1st Monday of each month 2 - 4.30pm - Marcus Garvey Library
2nd Tuesday of each month 2 - 4.30pm - Wood Green Library
1st Monday of each month 10am - 12.30pm - South Tottenham Customer Service Centre
2nd Tuesday of each month 10am - 12.30pm
