Auction Premises
Any premises used for public auctions must be registered unless the auction is a one day charity event. In this case, proof of charity status will be required. For further information, please see the competitive bidding guidance and conditions in the attached files section at the bottom of this page.
You can apply for a competitive bidding licence online, or you can download an application form from the attached files section below.
The fee for a competitive bidding licence is £320.
